Water Information Field Definitions

These are the water fields / definitions created and approved by the MFRMLS Water Task Force.

This glossary has the advantage of being searchable and sortable. 

For example:

type in "lake" in the search field for any field or picklist item with "lake" anywhere in the title or definition. or

click on the "by catagory" tab to sort by the water types (i.e. water front, water access, water view, etc.)

This field should be used only when the subject property has deeded access to one or more of the following water types:

NOTE: The availability of off-site Water Access facilities provided by an association membership does not qualify under this heading (see Community Features). 
Bay/Harbor Property provides only deeded access to the Bay and/or Harbor.

This field should be used to identify the existence of extra water features of the subject property.

NOTE: The availability of off-site facilities provided by an association membership does not qualify under this heading (see Community Features).

This field should be used only when the subject property touches water.

This field becomes active when one or more of the primary water fields (Water Frontage, Water Access or Water View) are selected. The field has 30 alpha characters available for the name of water way involved.

This field should be used only when the subject property has a view of water with the subject property.

This field becomes active when one or more of the primary water fields (Water Frontage) are selected.  The field will have 5 numeric spaces available to enter the linear feet of waterfront for the subject property.

B

Property touches a Bay and/or Harbor.

Property has a full or otherwise unobstructed view of the Bay and/or Harbor.

Property has a view of a beach.
The subject property is not directly located on a beach, but has only deeded or easement access to an adjacent property that does.
